​Membership Plan Terms & Conditions 

  1. By signing up for a Tempo Tots North London (“TTNL”) membership you (“The User”) enter into this agreement with TTNL.

  2. This agreement will be in effect from the date of registration on www.tempototsnorthlondon.co.uk and will continue either:

    • On a month to month basis until it is terminated (Tempo Tots monthly).

    • Or until 6 months from the chosen start date (Tempo Tots 6 monthly).

  3. The User may cancel the membership at any time before the end of the current subscription period.

  4. The User understands that if the Tempo Tots monthly membership is not cancelled, the following month will be billed on the agreed date under the same conditions.

  5. The User will not abuse the service in any way including sharing account access with other users. 

  6. All images, video and other content on the TTNL website remain the property of TTNL at all times.

  7. The User will neither share nor distribute TTNL videos in private or public.

  8. TTNL reserves the right to cancel without notice any membership found to be in violation of the terms and conditions.

  9. TTNL does not accept responsibility for any accident or injury suffered as a result of participation in online classes or watching TTNL videos.
